Nature’s Will

Nature’s Will

I can see you, still you are not there.

I feel the nature, and its nonexistent.

I throw the light, it looses its way.

I hear your voice, and it makes no sense.

I try to feel you, I see a blur effigy.

I turnoff the lights, my eyes behold the darkness.

I overlook your voice, and you intrude my serenity.

The nature is queer, it deludes the senses.

I ignore you, and you stand in front of me .

The nature plays smart, it rains in the winter.

Your eyes speak the mephistophelian accent.

The darkness perchance can’t block the cacophony.

You tickle my senses against my will

I close my eyes, you haunt me in my dreams.

The ears turn deaf, ignore my own voice.

Stealing the tranquility, perhaps its nature’s will.

Deviation

Filed under: Psycology, Relationships — Rohit @ 7:08 pm

If you want to judge a person, it can be done efficiently when the person is in a situation that can change the course of his life. The time of undergraduate college placements is the best time to observe the deviations in people’s behaviour and their attitude towards other people.

The people can be effectively divided into two classes, one who do not deviate from their basic nature and others who deviate from it. The people who deviate from their basic nature usually do it in two ways, either they try and become too turgid or too humble. The aim of both the deviation patterns is to permeate their success story which is too much important for them.

Those who become too pompous try to achieve this by advertising their achievements through different means, either by talking about it continuously, specially in public places or by making it a part of their name on various media channels that are often visited by their envious friends. The purpose is to belittle the people around them. Instead of being confident they get the title of being brash.

Others try to fulfill their inherent desire to be admired by being too humble. Out of the blue moon , they start respecting people around them. The life becomes too ascetic for them, obviously just to show it to their neighbours. Their generosity rather than being nobel becomes deciving and mean, as if it is continuously trying to slander the people around and remind them of their status. Their aim is to show sympathy and to console the less fortunate which they think is their fundamental duty.

In both the cases the purpose is to deviate from the normal behaviour, which works as a periodic alarm clock whose beep works like snake’s hiss.

To close with I would like to add and modify the following lines from “Once upon a time by Gabrial Okara”

Once upon a time, friends

they used to laugh with their hearts

and laugh with their eyes;

Now they laugh with their teeth

and with their ice-block-cold eyes

laughing at my shadow.

Their was a time indeed

they used to shake hands with their hearts

but that’s gone friends

Now they shake hands without hearts

with their left hands placating my wounds.

Feel at home come again

they say, and when I come

again and feel at home

they revel the feeling of disdain

and I find myself buried under

their psudo sympathy.

So I have learned many things friends

I have learned to judge people

I can read them ,like books and identify their

conforming smiles like fixed portrait smile

And I have learned too

to kill them with their own weapon,

to shake hands with stones

I have learned to say “You are great”

when I mean “You suck”

to say “you will go miles”

when I mean “You stand no where against me”

and I have learned to

kill them with sweet poison

Believe me friends

I want to be what I used to be

when I was like me

I want to unlearn all these caustic tricks

Most of them I want to rebuild true relationship

when I think of this one

I feel more like a host for a parasite.

Remind me my friends

how I used to laugh and smile

give me back my true nature.

People and their behaviour

Filed under: Experiences, Psycology — Rohit @ 7:39 pm

I just thought of writing this piece of article to share my experience about a special class
of people. I am discussing this because I can't find any specific word that can truly
describe this nature and behavior of people. Its really difficult to believe how people
can be like that, and really painful to see people behaving in such an absurd manner. Its
something beyond selfishness. Its something beyond being mean. Its something worse than
harming a person. Its bitter than the gourd. It has no word to describe it. Once I heard
a story about a bunch of crabs caught in a bucket. Even when all of them possessed the
capability of coming out of the bucket, none of them was able to come out of the bucket.
The reason, was simple. Most of them utilized their energies in pulling down the other crab
rather than pushing him up. The final consequence was, none of them was able to come out of
the bucket. But where did this instinct came from. May be those crabs would have had some
days living around the human civilization. I believe most of you must have guessed about the
kind of people I am talking about. These are the kind of people who utilize most of their
energies in hiding the principles which they think will lead them to success, and if hided
will hamper the progress of other people. They defer sharing anything that exist in this
world. They want to live and do the things secretly because they think that if they revel
these secrets to people the lot of other people will attain all the success and leave them
behind. If I remember correctly Steven R. Covey talked in one of his books "The seven
Habits of highly effective people " that these are the kind of people who believe that there
is only one piece of cake in this world. If shared they may not get the biggest piece. So
they end up doing everything secretly. If it had been all it would have been better. But in
addition to doing things secretly they try to hide some obvious and open secrets from the
general public and they try and stretch to the maximum limits of cunningness. They may even
harm the other persons in their constant endeavor to hamper their success. For these people
success is hampering the progress of others. Most of the time they do it indirectly so that
the other persons cannot blame them, possibly because helping them was not their moral duty.
What do these people gain from this very nature of themselves? As such they gain nothing
but lose many things, but they have an illusion of gaining a major part of universe. A major
part of their happiness blushes out of their faces when they see other people struggling in
the field which they think that they are the masters of. They constantly wait for those
persons to come to them and ask for help. And then they will say that they helped a poor and
needy person and will try to give an illusion of social work. But they do not realize that
during the constant struggle the other persons might have learned a lot. In the process the
other person might be accumulating the bits and pieces of knowledge to form a big
intellectual edifice, which some day might bring down the edifice of their knowledge down.
Secondly they try to create their supremacy over the people. The same principle applies.
First they will ensure that none of the other persons get access to the resource which made
them so called the intellectual giant. And they will try to spew all of their knowledge at
once to make other people feel that they are God. Why am I talking this way? Possibly
because I hate people of this nature. And I hate them because I am not at all like that.
I believe in cumulative learning. I believe that if people help each other while learning
they will gain at a rate much much faster than the rate which their inherent nature gives
to them And if all the people of this world adopt this strategy I believe more and more
persons will gain the ability of understanding the feelings of other people. If majority
in this world learns to use their energy constructively in the learning process I believe
the intellectual gain among all will reach the heights which haven't been attained till now.
